The Nelson Collection

Our Nelson collection was the brainchild of Richard Nelson, the founding member of Timeless Foods' "legendary lentil lover club." During the Pandemic of 2020, Richard shipped Timeless a sampler pack of 6 1lb bags of lentils to dozens of his friends and family all around the country in an incredible display of love.
