Timeless Seeds, Inc., Refund/Replacement Policy
We cannot accept returns of food products for food safety reasons. However, if your product arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied with product quality, we will promptly ship you a replacement or refund the item cost.
Please contact orders@timelessfood.com and provide the following:
- Order number – it’s on the packing slip that was included in the shipment.
- Description of the item(s) damaged.
- Photos of the damage.
- Your contact information (email and phone number).
- Your preference of product replacement or refund.
We appreciate our customers and want to be sure you are satisfied.
