Timeless Seeds, Inc., Shipping and Handling Policy

At Timeless, it is our goal to ship within an appropriate time frame and at a competitive rate.

We are always striving to improve our speed of processing and handling.

Currently our order-receipt to shipment is 3-5 business days. Orders received before 12:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped no more than 5 business days from receipt; those arriving after that time will be shipped 5 business days from the next business day after receipt.

We ship through UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) as our preferred carriers. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, and the USPS will not deliver to a house address if all mail is delivered to a PO Box, for example addresses in very small towns that do not have street delivery.

Parcel rates are calculated based on weight, size, and final destination. The final rate will also reflect any negotiated rates we may have with our carriers. Please be aware that parcel carriers regularly adjust their rates.
